Former professional boxer Iwao Hakamada was released in Japan after 46 years after sentence of death for the murder of his boss, his wife and two children.
A court in the city of Shizuoka proved that DNA 78-year-old man does not coincide with the genetic material of blood discovered at the scene.
The judge appointed a retrial, noting that the investigation at the end of the 1960s could simply falsify evidence. Khakamada longest in the world remained on death row.
