American rapper Chris Brown charged with assault on a person.
According to police, at 4:30 am Sunday near the W Hotel in Washington between the 24-year-old ex-boyfriend of singer Rihanna by Brown and an unnamed man at issue, then a fight broke out. After the fight, the man was taken to hospital, where he was soon discharged.
It is reported that he was arrested for assaulting a security guard as a singer Christopher Hollosi.
Chris Brown is known for his music in the style of rap and rhythm and blues. In 2012, he won a Grammy for album FAME This year his Fortune album was nominated for the award in the category "Best Urban Contemporary Album."
In 2009, Brown was sentenced to five years probation and sentenced to six months of community service for beating up his girlfriend Rihanna. His term of probation is not over.
